Warren O. Waterman aka "WOW," attained his law degree
from the Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock,
Texas. It was there that he developed a true passion for
Criminal Law and specifically Texas Criminal Law and
Procedure. He was licensed by the Supreme Court of
Texas in May of 1993. Since then he has handled
